A quick bump to update anybody with similar troubles. When you check in for your AA flight operated by Alaskan. there's no way to get the AA flight number on your BP - from that moment on you may as well have booked & paid Alaskan. Miles only, no tier points, will post and the BAEC statement shows the AS flight number. BAEC agree that you should get full points & miles as for an AA flight but insist on deleting the AS flights from the account and requesting them to be retracked. Here, many weeks on, with no miles or tier points, I lose the plot. With more such codeshares to come, can anybody think how best to get AS to print a BP with AA numbers on it? I have tried but failed each time. Perhaps I'll pose the Q for the AS board.
