I’d doubt that you’ll get an upgrade … but all rooms (and the entire experience here) are wonderful.
What are you contacting the concierge for? (If it’s about an upgrade, they have nothing to do with guest rooms or hotel operations. Concierges here are true “clefs d’or” professionals … really great at what they do, but nothing to do with room assignments. )
Got it and makes sense (also thank you!) - it was really more to obtain a reservation at Contramar since I don't see anything on OpenTable at the moment (that was the primary purpose). I was also thinking of asking to have a surprise of champagne in the room when we arrive.
