Even just knowing and being able to tell them "please look at chapter X, page Y of your operations manual" would be great
You couldn't do that specifically because each property may or may not have such a binder/manual. Nothing comes from corporate as a standarized thing. It would be a book of FAQs/LSOPs that are incumbent on person X at each property to write up which is why a lot of places don't have one.
