According to this blog post the main Mezzanine level T2 SC will remain open after 4/20 once the flagship headhouse club opens, however the former VS Clubhouse SC will close.

The new head house is for all Delta services including check-in, SkyClub and baggage claim with the first phase will open for use on 4/20. There will be additional expansion of the head house in the next phases to both likely add in D1 check-in and the D1 lounge, as well as the TBIT connector. T1/5 is just a connector, between the T1-2, where there is an additional bus to the TBIT Midfield/200 gates to the AF/KL flights, but I didn't think here was a separate security (though you could go in via T1). Am I missing something?
Yes the new T1.5 headhouse has its own new TSA checkpoint that’s connected to both T1 and T2.
