Breakfast here today was pretty busy with a queue to get tables. There is dedicated area for Diamonds / Executive Rooms guests, but it was full, so we got usual table. Looks exactly the same.
But breakfast frankly was somewhat underwhelming compared to other Hiltons in the region (Helsinki/Tallinn)

Initially they seemed to offer only 2 category upgrade for Diamonds, to Deluxe View, but after some negotiations got Executive rooms in the same building as executive lounge.
