Same and yes although- like housekeeping- "staffing" can be an easy excuse to say no.

I am at a non HH large resort currently, which is usually booked out for the Easter weekend. They have closed buildings constituting about 1/3 of their rooms, due to staffing they say. I believe them, as the space that is available is sold out and the room rates are on par with pre covid.
