It looks like I'd have about 2hr 20-30min for connection either way (TK2005 or TK2013, followed by TK1843).

Google flight shows that TK2013 is on B737 with an above-average legroom (84cm) compared to TK2009 (76cm) - I am not sure why there is such a difference on a domestic narrow-body plane?

Also, is 2.5 hr enough time to check out the TK lounge? I will be on two separate tickets (though both legs will be on TK), and I hope I won't have to claim my baggage in IST.
I would prefer NAV over ASR for convenience reasons. The only advantage of departing ASR would be the lounge if you have status while NAV only has one convenience store AFAIK.
I am not sure if Google Flights provide accurate information about the legroom but TK domestic aircraft assignments usually change multiple times until the day of the flight so an aircraft type is not guaranteed at all.

TK is known to check through baggages on two separate tickets so that wouldn't be an issue and if there are no delays, you would have time to check-out the one of the TK Lounges at IST.
