The restaurant had a list for breakfast, where it was noted that we had NO breakfast included.

The strange thing is:
1) I am a globalist
2) I booked the member sale rate from march, which was with breakfast included, regardless of status

So double included breakfast. However, it didn't make it to their list.

I blame it onto the Italian way of life and work here in Florence, which is very prominent in many areas. This is not northern Italy but already "real" Italy, which means that lazyness and relaxation play a bigger role in life than doing everything fully correct.
But in the end, that's the reason why we all go there for holidays 😄
