YVR - LAX is on a CRJ900 (The Emb175s can't cross the Rockies, so none in YVR). The majority of the CRJ900s have both WiFi and IFE the exceptions are.

723-729 - Nither WiFi or IFEs780s - No IFE
Otherwise inflight service similar to mainline narrowbody. 2 choices of hot meal in J (one meat one vegetarian), no sparkling wine, but choice of 2 each of white and red. Standard selection of spirits and non-alcoholic drinks. Storage space for Carry ons does tend to rely on wardrobe space especially for rollerboards, with the exception of the newest (723-729), however in my 16 years of working on the crj900 I've never had to check a J class passengers bag.

All leather seats that I find comfortable even for longer legs. Every seat has single power outlet + USB. (Quark of the older aircraft 701-716, power outlets only come on after wheels leave the ground)
