It incomm varible used to worked immediately after purchase. But since last week - They seem to have 1 hour delay same as 7-11 ones. It works after 1 hr. It is recent change and i have tried 3 times in this week.
I bought two at CVS and drained them within an hour in SW on 4/9. I usually never check the card expy date before buying but I will when buy again on 4/18 at CVS.
Interesting DPs about different expy dates on cards having different activation times.
