Problems with the website?
Anyone else having an unusually high rate of difficulty with the website? Ever since I resumed international flying I have been unable to do almost anything online through my KrisFlyer account.
Flights last December - couldn't change my seat selection, had to phone up. Couldn't apply the "double KF miles" reward to these flights (tried the app and the website for both this and the seat selection). Sent an email about the "double miles" reward, still haven't heard back four months later.
upcoming June flight - wanted to upgrade to F, an upgrade was available but couldn't process it online (tried several times and with different browsers), had to phone up.
upcoming July flight - can't even access "manage booking" on the website or in the app ("We cannot process your request right now. Please try again later, or get in touch with your local Singapore Airlines office."
That's three separate trips, all with IT issues making it impossible to do quite basic things. I really don't have the time to phone up for 2+ hours each time, especially when it is a more complex query like changing flight dates which will partly depend on price for different dates and times (I really can't face being on hold for 5 minutes at a time while the agent looks up the fare difference for each possible flight combination over a 2-3 day window). I am starting to wonder if there is something wrong with my account so I'd be interested to know if anyone else has been having issues.
