https://www.thecrossbayferry.com/ that connects Downtown Tampa to Downtown St Pete while you are down here. I live in the area now, but before I did, I almost always stayed at the GH Tampa, in the Casitas. You have a lot to do down here!! If you have any questions about the broader area, feel free to send me a message.
Lol thanks a lot. :P
Here's the deal...I'm coming to see three sets of friends in Pinellas County. We don't HAVE to do anything in Pinellas or St Pete. If we stay at the GH, I'm sure we'd just end up hanging out in slightly different meetup points than if we stayed in DT St Pete. But that said, I do us all a small favor by staying a little bit closer. And DT St Pete is an area I'm interested in checking out (almost five years since my last visit)
Funny you mention the ferry as well as some of the stuff happening in DT Tampa. One of my buddies I'm seeing is a huge urbanist like me and is planning to show me around all of the new developments around Water St and Ybor. Unfortunately he said the ferry stops service at the end of April (which is before our visit)
