Thanks for sharing. Property looks good and definitely made it onto our "to stay" list for Firenze before further heading into Tuscany.
Hoping that the breakfast part ( dragging a guest to reception to verify the free breakfast benefit) will improve as they grow more familiar with Hyatt Loyalty benefits and such. Enjoy the rest of your stay.
