Are you trying to use the non working one online? Could be a delay for online use…for whatever crazy reason. My Safeway cards are good to drain immediately in store for MO after purchase. Lobo411 had delay of 1 hour when using online.
FYI….Unless you are getting extra points or perks for GC grocery purchases with your cc, you can save $1 by buying same cards at CVS…..$6.95 vs $5.95 fee at CVS.
It incomm varible used to worked immediately after purchase. But since last week - They seem to have 1 hour delay same as 7-11 ones. It works after 1 hr. It is recent change and i have tried 3 times in this week.
