I have a travel voucher that has no restrictions, just paying the difference in any cost on a future flight.
I have used the 'chat' facility to try and understand how I can rebook, the bot say's to click on 'Make a Change' online, but when I do, it just asks me again if I want a voucher. No, I want to use my voucher.
Is it really not possible to use my voucher to book online? (the original booking was direct with Virgin Atlantic, and is not a holiday, just a flight)
