[QUOTE=corporate-wage-slave;34167010]Welcome to Flyertalk and welcome to the BA forum.
It's common for complex tickets to need manual ticketing and so long as that is done a few days before departure that's fine. You do need to check it's done 48 hours to departure just in case. Ticketing is done in priority order, by whoever is travelling first. And at the moment I'd imagine they are busy reticketing people who have had flights cancelled recently. Simple tickets can be automated nearly, or within a few hours. The cost issue is complex, we would need to work through the details and taxes to see what if anything happened there. But if this was WTP to CW in June 2022 I would expect taxes to be about £300 per person. If you are able to share the breakdown of the fare then we can see if some mistake has been made, but you can do the same by working through the details using a dummy booking of a cash fare for WTP and CW.[/
Thanks CWS I follow all your replies with interest, so appreciate your help with this. However frustratingly due to having no email confirmation of this at all I don’t actually know the fare breakdown of what I have booked, this is what it all seems a bit strange to me.
