We stayed at the Indigo last week. I am Spire and booked a 30,000 point night for one night. They gave us an early check in, 3pm check out and a room upgrade. Drink vouchers for a glass of Cava in the bar too. I was impressed. One comment from the front desk when we were checking out summed up the attitude "We always try to look after our members especially the upper tiers". I was impressed and would stay again.
