UA’s corporate air deals probably ice out a lot of competitors, as does convenience out of hubs markets. I hardly think UA “forgets”. I’m pretty sure they are cognizant that many people will complain about how much better other airlines are and still stick to UA due to various reasons. It’s the other reasons why you continue to fly UA and post here
Sure, some might fly another airline if it’s just as convenient as UA, but I’m not going to add 4 extra hours to my travel time and potentially back track for a better meal. And UA knows that.
