I'm flying from Canada to Buenos Aires tonight, staying at the Sheraton Buenos Aires Hotel & Convention Center, and having trouble filling in page two of the DDJJ. After selecting Buenos Aires as the Province, a huge list of cities is populated and I have to select one. Which one do I select? Buenos Aires isn't a choice there, and I can't leave it blank (--).
