Westin - hands down. Speaking from staying at both hotels. Courtyard is similar to a motel, it has an internal attrium with some rooms not even having windows that look outside, the only look to the interior of the attrium. Those rooms also are small, the door almost hits the bed when you open it. The only advantage is that you are right on St. Charles and parade access is great. F&B at Westin is also superior.
