To be honest I would use the lounge that is closest to your MCO flight departure gate - if B or C gates I would use the AA C/C Admiral Club - if the flight departs A gates you could use the BA lounge - neither lounge is that great. Also BA lounge will shut shortly before the BA flight to LHR departs.
