C-GHLV is the next 67 to be converted and is presently in Tel Aviv. It is a former Rouge 67 that has winglets. Are the winglets staying? As a general rule cargo 67's don't have winglets because of spacing (FedEx is the best example). There are cargo 67's out there with winglets but they are uncommon.
