Sorry if I missed this info but here is a question:

I have upgraded with points from economy light to business. My boarding pass shows "business light". Is it always the case that you go from "economy light" to "business light" when you upgrade with points? This is more of a curiosity question for future reference because I don't think it will affect my experience because of my current Plat status....
