While you of course can choose to travel in Business Class, for such a short trip I would be comfortable in regular Coach. And if I could get a ticket for $11, I would not care if it were refundable. But you might feel differently.
Edited to add: It appears that all Amtrak non-Acela Business Class fares are fully refundable:

Yes to a CC but not sure if they offer that. Good idea to check. I am not at all a princess although I sound like it.
I just figured that after flying coast to coast and then making a dash for the train I would be happier with a business class seat if it was only $20 more. Plus I thought it might be less crowded. I am not sure what Acela or non-acela is. If it turns out that biz is more than the $33 I won't do it.
