It's been a while that I have been to Vancouver (Richmond) proper other than trip from ferry to YVR or just plain connecting at YVR

Value Village Thrift Store in Richmond, BC is the place to find great deals on the things that you need. To shop or donate, we're located at 8240 Granville Ave.
For profit thrift store, not as inexpensive as Sally Ann, but larger selection. Don't believe I've ever went to the Victoria location that they didn't have several suitcases of various sizes and prices.
