This is a concern and I suspect it’s because a few of us are now in the category of “submitted renewal before expiry, received Conditional Approval and had interview set for early 2020 which was cancelled when the border shut down, several additional interviews set and cancelled due to situation, now officially past 730 days past card expiry”.
My husband is now 2 months past the 2 year mark after expiry. Status still showing as Conditionally Approved but still no appts showing for interview (other than Sweetgrass previously mentioned above).
I was advised yesterday by a rep from the Western Provinces Nexus processing centre that the CBP is set to release a statement for mid April. Given our change for testing requirement removal is set for April 1st, that seems odd. I am hopeful it is regarding extending further beyond 730 days.
Is anyone else caught in this category now?
Our 730 day extension end on May 15, 2022 to complete initial enrollment for conditional approved applications, and we were only able to schedule an appointment for July 17, 2022. So far no cancellations received from anyone, but nevertheless worried.
