Is there a delay or something on the Incomm Vanilla Gift cards sold at Vons/Safeway being usable online? I just bought one 45 mins ago and I'm trying to pay my insurance with it, and it's being rejected as "Debit Card is invalid." The card shows a full balance so it's not a question of funds, and there's no option to register the card with an address on the Vanilla Gift website like there is with other gift cards.

Edit: It finally worked 1 hr after purchase. Very odd.
