lol this was basically my first thought as well. Always weird to me when an airline has 1 or 2 rows of a cabin out of place like that. I guess we'll see what they end up doing, though, and either way, I'm excited to see these!
If those are the two rows of MCE it kind of makes sense to me- let elites and those who buy MCE feel a bit more private than the regular Y cabin.
Regardless, I really like the concept, especially with a BA Club Suites type product in J- personally I'd rather have the current BA Club Suites seat than the AA F seat.
