Your Future Travel Voucher refund has been processed... or has it?
I received an email from BA on Wednesday, telling me that my FTV (for all of £28) was being refunded. This would be within 30 days and they would email me again to confirm the refund had been completed.
Today I received an email from BA, telling me the same FTV has been exchanged for an e-Voucher, worth £34.99
Has anybody else had a similar experience?
