Sorry which one of the mere 21 or so currently in service aircraft with F would you like me to compare with? The A340's (5) which are easily beaten by many Biz products, or the 748's (appx 16) which are not? How do you want to include ground? Inconvenient and inconvenient transfers through 2 German airports with such lounges, or non stops which the vast majority of people not from Germany would prefer (and no one ever prefers to connect through FRA), as at the other ends one normally gets suboptimal LH lounges, and if we are talking short to long haul connections an inferior J service in Europe. Sure you want to compare everything? There are a LOT of good lounges out there, most of them are NOT LH, there are a good amount of better short haul J services out there than LH, which one would need to connect, etc etc.
