OLCI doesn't affect your ability to cancel. An agent can check you out too (though that's unnecessary). I don't think there's a need to talk to an agent. You should be able to manage your reservation and cancel on the app.

For award tickets, I think even if you no show they are refundable? I seem to remember reading that somewhere. For revenue tickets you need to cancel before the flight leaves, though check the fare rules to be sure (on some airlines fully refundable tickets retain their value even after a no show, but I think that's becoming more and more rare). Any airline policy will be overridden by the fare rules anyway, if they are more lenient.
