Hi all,
I have some missing baggage (which was known when I left SYD for the UK - long story but East Coast Domestic terminal chaos a couple of days ago meant bags from Domestic leg didn't make it to International leg)
Was given a number for Baggage Services in the UK before I left SYD which, when I tried to call, only resulted in a message saying the number was no longer in service.....
(I do have a Tracking Refrence for the baggage services website, which frankly isn't impressive especially as it won't allow me to update some important contact information which will help with delivery of the bags if / when they locate them)
So wanted to call the UK Baggage Services number to get them to input that, as well as seeing if I could get any joy on where the bags are.
Number QF gave me which doesn't work is 0844 375 4251, which is also the one listed on the QF website for UK Baggage Services
Anyone have an up to date number?
