Oh yes, the A380 lounge is certainly back to normal.
Two weeks ago on a LGW/DXB flight leaving at 14:30 there was a serious party going on there which seemed to last the entire flight. Today on DXB/LGW (EK15 it was like a nursery: there were quite a few mom's with small kids in J who had settled in there.

Meals are back to normal (I has segments in F as well as J).

Mask wearing is quite seriously enforced and every now and then there is a message on your entertainment screen to 'remind others who may have forgotten to wear their masks'. Masks and sanitiser are handed out on board (but you already have to wear one when boarding). Of course the crew wear their masks all the time (and gloves too, but the 'overalls' have disappeared.
