1) Phone to book the outbound F seats and the best return flight currently available. If something better comes up for the inbound I can change it for £35pp.
or
2) Book the 2 F seats now online and when inbound seats appear phone to add them to the 241 booking still incurring the £35pp fee.
As I understand it I can't avoid the change fee (assuming I change the inbound) but having seen the various warnings over taxes through the thread I just wanted to check with the experts on here that option 2 doesn't put me at risk of overpaying on taxes?
I'm not actually sure which my preferred option is but hoping someone can suggest how best to play it! Thanks in advance.
You won’t incur a fee if you add the actual flights you want at a later date. You can therefore book your outbound F flights online.
