Thanks for the replies. I was hoping to avoid going into the city on the way but it looks like that will be hard. I do pack light but still it is a lot to lug especially after a long flight.
It isn't just flying coach...it was middle seats only in the "preferred section". That's what I have miles for...avoiding coach on long flights. I am ok with it on shorter routes.
I might look into flying into EWR instead.
