Rest assured this is only downside of flying in J (or WHY for that matter) on a A332/333, it is the position of the screen that posed the most difficulty if you are not sitted in the middle section (a problem in WHY), also its size is far too small for good viewing (problem in both cabins).
The cabin service again would vary depending on the crew. As for QP access solely based on a Domestic J ticket (and not having QP membership), I think we had a fairly debate a while back on this board. I suggest you do a search for find out more.
