I ran into a similar issue the other day. I generally don’t like calling to make changes because then, based on prior experience, you can’t make any further changes online. I initially thought our flight had been canceled entirely, so I rebooked to a flight two days earlier. The next morning, I saw our original flight at the same price we had paid, so I changed it back again. I reported the problem to Southwest today.
