I don't know if anyone else is having/experienced this issue, but QR has removed the ability to change a booked flight through their website and now forces you into a live chat with an agent. I've already been asked four different verification questions by the agent and have to wait for them to focus and respond. I have no way to change my flight myself, and have to go through this nonsense instead of what was once an easy self-service.
This is a nightmare and a colossal waste of time. I'm actually furious that QR decided this is the smart way to go about things.

This is because the agent has to manually override the fare rules when making a change under the EOC policy.
