Oh, OK, now I'm a bit confused again .

Just to be 100% sure that we talk about the same thing. Pegasus offers two different options for flexibility, one that is a special flex tariff and one that is a special option that can be added to every tariff:

1. 'Comfort Flex' tariff which includes baggage, seat selection, food etc. and in which indeed the service fee will not be refunded in case of cancellation (see on the first screenshot the option on the very right of the four different tariffs).
2. 'Flex Option'/'Pegasus Flex' is an option that can be chosen in additional to every tariff (except 'Comfort Flex' tariff, see the second screenshot). There it says that a full refund of the 'ticket price' (whatever this does include.... that's the question for me since in the general terms and conditions there is absolutely nothing written about that...) except the flex fee is refunded in case of cancellation. So normally I would expect also the service fee to be refunded.

I assume you talked about the 'Comfort Flex' and not about the 'Flex Option'/'Pegasus Flex' which I was referring to?
