Can't recommend this hotel

I stayed at this hotel this past week and it was horrible. I only paid $119 for the top-o-the-line room (according to the HHONORS web site). It was a Kind room with an oceanfront view. As advertised, but the rooms are NOT that nice. I did not have hot water for either day I was there. The front desk manager said that we should have called (I guess from the shower?) if there was no hot water. Upon check-in, they said we could have two drinksout of the min-bar as part of the all-inclusive resort. However, they did not giveus a key to the min-bar and when I asked at the front desk around 10pm, they told that there were no keys and they would have to unlock it the next day, which of course they did not. The food was nasty and the drinks were made with cheap liquor. The whole thing was badly run and it shows. Lots of non-americans here, aparently willing to settle for some sub-standard. On the plus side, the morning buffet breakfast was quite good and it is close to the airport.
