I just had a run of Iberia on a mix of BA and IB tickets and codes and surprisingly it all did seem to work more or less, except the IB crediting to BA is sometimes taking a while. I had one flight I couldn't seem to get seating or find the IB PNR but I managed to assign via Malaysian Airlines website so that is another option
