If you answered yes to either of those, then it's a bit of a gray area. If there was another Star Alliance lounge at LHR that you could use besides the United Club, you may have had better luck there because then there's no gray area.

This is the guidance I’m referring to. The poster above (who the quote responded to) was on Nonrev Polaris, and the quote implies that there is a grey area at the UC. There is not.
