I would have to say no Hyatt doesn’t care. They are happy with whatever gets business in the door which is why they even have the Best Rate Guarantee if you find a lower rate they’ll match it plus take 20% off.

Also, I feel like Hyatt’s IT (for whatever reason) just isn’t good when it comes to this as they should be averaging the night cost.

For example -

Night 1 is $92

Night 2 is $108

Night 3 is $198

Night 4 is $108

Night 5 is $89

It should be $119 per night rather than $198 per night, doing the $198 per night would just be ludicrous but I know for some reason it does it to where it’s $198 per night in this scenario. It actually should be $107 or less per night though as booking 3 or 5 nights should yield a multi-night discount, but sadly it doesn’t most of the time.
