Our flight from Seattle to Columbus on 4/6 was cancelled just the day before, they provided us options to arrive on 4/9, however we were to come home on 4/10.. As it was for business, we had no choice but to cancel and re-route on Delta at the tune of $2100 per ticket. My husband is 100K and he received 10,000 qualifying miles and I received 7,500 (I am a 75K). It was frustrating to say the least. We have 10 trips in the next 8 weeks and I am worried. They need to provide more than 12 hours notice. We didn't get any monetary vouchers, probably because our flight hadn't taken off yet.
