Many posts back, it does indicate NRSA/PS with ability to access the UC can indeed visit the UC.
This still seems to indicate even if cleared into long haul/intl Polaris they are supposed to use the UC, and not the Polaris Lounges.
you don’t need to otherwise have access to the UC. The nonrev Polaris seat provides in on its own. And in my case, the benefit was on the layover after flying in Polaris, where the boarding pass was accepted.
