I take this to mean that the applicant needs to have some relationship with Bolton?
I noticed that as well, but didn't actually try going through the application until submission. I know sometimes these kinds of links/referrals only serve to generally "open the door" to the application and consideration and no actual relationship is required; other times it is.
For example, the Ameriprise Platinum never required an affiliation, although we know Morgan Stanley and Charles Schwab do.
If someone meets the criteria, let us know if it insists on a relationship!
