As a desperate last throw of the dice - does anyone know of a way / service to expedite a tourist visa appointment at the US embassy in London (or Belfast if needed)?

Current wait time is shown as 130 days, anyone know if this is accurate, or any advice/ experience generally in advance securing a visa at short notice?
