Andaz Maui
In June 2021, I booked a 4 night stay for Spring break 2022 at the Andaz Maui where I could use points for a standard room (30k per night at the time) then use a TSU for a standard suite, their Andaz Suite.

Night before our stay last week, was upgraded to an Ocean View Suite. Was giddy because of the inflated CPP due to their insane $3K/night cash rate for that suite type.
