Not sure whether the green / orange zone in the airport works anymore. With many cases in HK, and lots of destinations not requiring PCR tests, there will be lots of “dirty” HK originating people mixing with those who are going to the mainland. The whole point of the previous arrangement was to keep mainland bound passengers away from risky passengers.
