I'm landing in IAH soon and looking to rent a car from the airport. Are there any agencies which don't require a free shuttle somewhere else, but instead have cars on the terminal? I want the process to be as quick as possible both for pick-up and return, and don't want to add a buffer for shuttle delays etc...

I'm a bit confused as none of the agency websites specify it, but all aggregator search engines (e.g. Kayak, Expedia) indicate they are all by shuttle and none are in-terminal. This can't be right, can it?
